Daily Status Updates
Every day our Loan Coordinator provides a daily status update to our clients and all involved in the transaction keeping everyone on the same page each day until closing. Additional updates are provided at other times during the process, however, we like to make sure all the bases are covered on a regular basis.
On-Time Closing Guarantee
It is that simple! If you provide documents as requested within 48 hours throughout the process, and we agree to your date at the time of application, we will close on time or you pay no lender fees! (some restrictions may apply).
One of the lending industries most common complaints is that clients are not prepared for closing. Knowing this, we have all of our client’s documents they will see at closing emailed to them 72 hours in advance of the closing date to ensure for a smooth close.
Enhanced Interest Rate Tracking
With over 17 years of experience and thousands of closings we have invested in extensive interest rate movements and mortgage-backed securities. Clients and Partners can receive market updates on request.
As a part of on-going service we check in with our clients each year to review details to make sure goals are met. We review mortgage balances, bi-weekly payments being applied correctly, payoff goals, PMI (private mortgage insurance) removal, equity line needs, tax filing advantages and more regardless of your current servicer.
Courtesy Lawn Care
We know moving in can be a lot of work! That is why we provide your first lawn cut as a courtesy. It is our way of saying welcome home. We provide this service up to 14 days after closing.
Seller's Preferred Lender
For our Realtors and clients who need to sell a home and use us for the purchase financing, we have a wonderfully designed finance option flyer for the home or to hand out to potential buyers. We offer on average $500 off closing cost for the buyer of our client’s home as incentive and as your preferred lender.
